No matter how high we are on the mountain.
We could be living the life and happy in our relationships, work, and school. But, we all will have burnout. We all will need to recharge. And sometimes that recharging is unnecessary thoughts and negativity everywhere.
The bad things will just pop in. Because I hate to say it, but sometimes good things do come to an end. And being strong sometimes isn’t enough. If we want to cry, we cry. Because after our little session, we feel better and we know to get back up.
This article is for one of my top fans. I hope you know that it is normal to think too much. It is normal to cry because we are humans. It is definitely okay to not feel okay. We are imperfect, and we will have bad days.
But there is always ways to feel better. We could journal and release the thoughts into the air. And if you aren’t a writing person, grab some TRUE friends, and let it all out. NEVER EVER EVER bottle up feelings. We start to feel crazy and think no one cares. But there are people out there that care.
And if anything I care. I care about everyone, maybe too much. But the thing is there are always going to be good people and bad people. The good people will always stay. So always have hope. Let the rain come, but sun rise.
If you need to release tension and stress, just sing and dance. Get active. Let some tension in your body all out. Go out and walk around random strangers. Go out and run around or dance like no one is watching. Again, it is for your happiness. Do whatever you want to make you feel better.
Want the ice cream, the chocolate, the salad? (I doubt it. I mean the salad.) But go for it. Who cares? Do the things that you want. Be happy for yourself without anything stopping for you. Grab every opportunity to make you feel better.
I have a thing I do whenever I am feeling down, and it can be a little creepy. But I must emphasize IT IS CALMING. Humans think. We sometimes overthink too much. So why not not think? Because it can be hard.
I love to just sit somewhere that is busy and just let my thoughts go along. I will just think about life. Okay, you caught me. I love people-watching. Everyone has a story we never know enough of. He/she might not even know it.
But just remember there are others in the world that may be having a bad/crazy/long day. There are others that are trying and striving to be a better person. People are always going through something, and it can be the closest person next to you. But we may never know. Some people are able to hide it so well.
So for the people that don’t like meditation, go outside and stare. Let your mind do the breathing and let it refresh with the sight of others around. Try to guess any part of their story. And I can assure you it is hard. We can’t always read faces because people hide it. But just try to get your mind off of things.
Let the mind do its own thinking. And stay strong. No one is perfect, and we feel tired mentally, emotionally, and physically. Again, we are humans. We are not robots. Well, robots even need to charge (well, I think they do).
I did say stay strong. But it’s okay to be weak. Let your guard down. Be honest with yourself. If you want to cry, cry. If you want to scream, scream. If you want to eat, eat. But everything in moderation. Let’s not get too crazy. Stay happy and remember. Someone always cares whether you know it or not.
